At Simplicity Planners, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery

• 🇨🇦 Canada (Domestic): Shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
• 🇺🇸 United States: Shipped via Canada Post cross-border. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
• 🌍 International (EU & select countries):Shipped via Canada Post International. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days.

Tracking All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.
